Pricing

What it actually costs

Most agencies make you ask. Here are our ranges — by product and scope, in rupees, for 2026.

Starter

One core workflow, a few screens, a single role. Proves the idea works.

Growth

Several roles and workflows, reporting, integrations, payments. Where most SMB projects land.

Scale

Heavy data, many roles, compliance, high traffic, or real-time features.

Enterprise

Multi-entity, audit and SLA obligations, custom infrastructure. Quoted individually.

All figures are build cost, inclusive of GST, at roughly $25–60/hour blended. A quote far below these bands usually means the scope was misunderstood — or will be rediscovered later as change requests.

Platforms

Web, Android and iOS together

Priced as a base plus a modifier, because most businesses need fewer platforms than they expect.

CombinationGrowthScale
Web application only₹6–14L₹14–30L
Web + companion app (Android and iOS, one codebase)₹8–18L₹16–34L
Web + separate native Android and iOS apps₹11–24L₹22–46L

Our usual advice: build the web application first and add the app once you know which five things people actually do on their phones. The app you build second is always better than the one you would have built first.

What every price includes

  • Discovery and process mapping
  • Design and engineering
  • Testing and deployment
  • Full source code and infrastructure, in your accounts

You own 100% of the code — source and infrastructure, in your accounts, in writing before work starts.

Billed separately

Third-party costs, charged at whatever the provider charges.

Hosting and infrastructure
₹2,000–50,000/month by load
Domain, SSL and business email
at actuals
Payment gateway fees
~2% on cards, near-zero on UPI
WhatsApp Business API
per-conversation plus provider fees
SMS, telephony and maps APIs
at actuals
Apple and Google developer accounts
annual, paid to the stores
Content
photography, copywriting, translation

Then 15–25% a year, every year

Security patches, dependency and OS updates, third-party API changes that break integrations, and small enhancements. On a ₹10 lakh build that is ₹1.5–2.5 lakh annually. Software is not a purchase, it is a relationship — anyone who leaves this out of a quote is making the first number look better than the real one.

Frequently asked questions

Why do you publish prices when most agencies don't?

Because hiding them wastes everyone's time. If your budget is ₹50,000 and a project needs ₹5 lakh, both of us would rather know before a discovery call than after. Published ranges also make it harder for anyone to quote you a number they cannot justify.

Are these fixed prices?

They are indicative ranges for planning. A firm quote follows a short scoping conversation, because the only accurate estimate is one made after understanding your actual process. We quote fixed price in writing before work starts, so the number you agree is the number you pay.

What is not included in the price?

Third-party costs billed at whatever the provider charges: hosting, domain and SSL, payment gateway fees, WhatsApp Business API conversation charges, SMS and telephony, Apple and Google developer accounts, and content such as photography or translation. Everything else — discovery, design, engineering, testing, deployment and handover — is in the build price.

How much should I budget after launch?

15–25% of the build cost per year. On a ₹10 lakh build that is ₹1.5–2.5 lakh annually, covering security patches, dependency and OS updates, third-party API changes that break integrations, and small enhancements.

Do I own the code?

Yes — 100% of the source code and infrastructure, handed over into your own accounts, agreed in writing before work starts. If any vendor cannot answer that question plainly, treat it as a warning rather than a detail to settle later.

What if I need web, Android and iOS?

Usually fewer of those than you think. A web application is responsive, so it already works on phones; a separate app earns its cost when you need push notifications, offline use, camera or GPS. If you do need all three, a companion app built once for both stores adds ₹2–4 lakh to a web build, while separate native apps cost roughly 40% more than cross-platform.
