RAG or fine-tuning — which does my business need?
Most businesses need RAG (retrieval-augmented generation), which grounds an LLM in your documents and data so it answers accurately and stays current. Fine-tuning suits narrow, high-volume tasks with a consistent format. We usually start with RAG and add fine-tuning only when it clearly pays off.
How much does AI development cost in India?
A RAG chatbot or focused AI feature runs ₹1.5–5 lakh, a custom LLM app or agent workflow ₹5–15 lakh, and trained ML models or high-volume systems ₹12–40 lakh+. Ongoing model/API usage is separate. We scope to the ROI so the spend is justified by the work it replaces.
Is my data safe with AI systems?
