Is it suitable for a single-doctor clinic?
Yes — that is what the Solo plan is for: one practitioner, appointments and patient records, at ₹4,999 a month. Most clinics we work with in Erode and Salem start there and add the Clinic plan when a second doctor joins.
What does ABDM-ready mean?
Patient records are structured so they can be linked to a patient's ABHA number under the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission, and consent for sharing them is recorded the way the Digital Personal Data Protection Act expects. It is Indian health-data compliance, not a US standard.
Do reminders go out on WhatsApp?
Yes. Appointment reminders, review-visit nudges and payment receipts go out on WhatsApp, with one-tap reschedule so a patient who can't make it frees the slot instead of just not turning up. WhatsApp Business API conversation charges are billed at cost.
Can we move our existing patient list across?
Yes. Bring an Excel sheet, a Tally export or the previous software's backup and we import it before go-live. Setup at your clinic and staff training are included in the first month.
